Pension Červený potok

The subject of the master´s thesis is the design of a pension building in the village of Červený Potok, in a city of Králíky, in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí in the Pardubice region. It is a partialy basement building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building has restaurant premises and ten accommodation rooms. The building has brick supporting systém. The vertical laodbearing structures are built from lost formwork filled with concrete. The masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic masonry elements. The ceiling structures are monolitic, reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with certified ETICS systém. The roof shell consists of a double-skin pitched roof made of hammered wooden trusses.
